Canadian Harambee Education Society’s (CHES) mission is simple and powerful: it aims to improve the quality of life of women and their communities in Kenya and Tanzania by providing secondary education scholarships for bright girls with no means of paying secondary school fees. By focusing on girls, CHES is standing up for those most often left behind.
